Nice location and correct price Kitchen available inside Room is very simple but clean The pool and common space areas to work were a plus There was a lot of noise during the night coming from the awnings in the rooftop because it was windy. It would have been better to fold them to avoid this.

The breakfast has limited option for someone who is allergic to eggs or cannot eat bread

The facilities outside of the room were reasonably good. Rooms were dirty, I had to clean hair out of the shower myself. Bed was hard, blanket was just a bed sheet.

I did not purchase the breakfast option but they had a cafe for residents where it was only 5euros for breakfast. Staff was helpful and rooms were cleaned daily on weekdays, the terrace view was gorgeous and huge so there’s a lot of space to sit and relax ! It is very safe. As there is the general check in area that’s locked in the evenings and then a second gate for guest only. The bed was really comfy Bathrooms would be great if they had a hair dryer , and the rooms are not really sound proof but I didn’t mind

It has everything (pool, rooftop, gym, canteen, “living room” any device or tool you would need), staff is extremely helpful and nice. Truly exceptional. Everything was great.

I loved their delicious breakfast. It's nice they have a really good selection of menu, including freshly made Spanish omlet. Nothing. If it's possible, it'd be nice to have some beach parasols at the tiny rooftop swimming pool since there was no shade to escape from the strong sunlight and nearly the air of 40 degrees. I'd choose them if I travel to Madrid again.

Property was very nice & modern. Clean and had a great vibe overall! Can’t think of anything.

The pool/rooftop was a nice amenity in the Madrid heat (I visited in June and the temperatures were 30 degrees). Elevators were also nice. Hotel is right across a sports bar. It was very noisy at night. People yelling and screaming at 2 am. Bed was also not very comfortable.

Nothing. Location was great. Rooms was great. It was great value.

The only thing I didn’t find comfortable was the bed mattress. It’s too soft and I was sinking in it, I couldn’t really sleep well. Didn’t really care for the breakfast.

there was an ant invasion around the kitchen counter in room 211, worse at night, that was very unpleasant and scary.

Very friendly environment, location, breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

The location is very nice! There are several metro stations nearby and sometimes it wasn't even necessary to use it because you could just walk for 15~20 minutes. Also breakfasts were sooo nice! Definitely would come here again during my next trip to Madrid
