Brilliant location to see Madrid for a short stay. The room was very quiet even though the building is on a main street. The rooftop bar and pool was a bonus. Excellent location if you were also going to see a show. Loved it all - nothing negative to comment on

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our anniversary trip to Madrid. The location is fantastic — right on Gran Vía and so convenient for exploring the city. We were able to walk to so many places, with plenty of restaurants, shops and sights right on the doorstep, and the metro was incredibly handy too. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, and the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. The rooftop was a particular highlight — the perfect place to escape the heat for a while, relax and take in the views of Madrid. What really made the stay special, though, was how lovely and helpful the staff were. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel completely at home. We came to Madrid for our wedding anniversary and had the most incredible few days. This hotel was the perfect base for what was a very special trip, and we would absolutely stay here again when we return to Madrid. Thank you for helping make our anniversary so memorable. Nothing

The Hotel is in a very good Location in Gran via close to shops and grocery stores. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows! The staff are very courteous,professional and helpful. They are always available when you need them! The security staff very kind as well. We were happy to be there during our two week stay! I recommend this hotel! I found the Restaurant and Bar too pricey!! Very little varieties to chose from. Room service ridiculously expensive and for a mother and child for one order breakfast in the room to be brought i must pay twice the ammount for roomservice? Each one of us is charged for the service plus the breakfast , which had no fruit nor vegetables. Service in the bar/ Restaurant too slow! For one glass of juice i waited nearly an hour! Focus should be placed especially on customers who have late check out hours For example, when it comes to checking out times, there should be a bit of consideration for people who are checking out late esp with children, and when that is conveyed in advance,then the Hotel should live up to what they promise to deliver. That was the only challenge i had.
