The room I was in was nice, no doubt! The management and receptionists were incompetent and disrespectful. You can’t change the policy after booking and paying in advance, and asking for a 100-euro deposit or Card details, including bank account details. That is very sensitive data, and such actions only lead to unnecessary and unfriendly discussions, certainly not in pursuit of customer happiness. All the best!

Location is good, there is an elevator for an old building. It is clean and nicely decorated. A bit expensive for a hostal, I had to pay an extra 15€ for my daughter even if it was a double bed...no pot for coffee or tea.

Fantastic location in Madrid, comfortable beds, well stocked amenities. The entire staff was exceedingly polite, helpful, and extra kind to our kids. Totally worth it and the convenience of the location is outstanding. My family had a great time in Madrid and this hotel was a major reason why. The elevators up are a little tiny.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in, very clean. The room was small but fine for a couple of nights. Our pillows were too firm but the bed was comfortable.

Location was good. Room was clean. Overall it was fine. I do have to mention Cristina from reception. She was so kind in assisting me when I fell ill and also organised my taxi. Cristina was so polite and professional and always had a smile. Thank you for everything The room was so tiny and way over priced for what it is. It was a box room.

My mom and I are on a mother-daughter trip. It’s her first time in Europe. We loved the location so much and we had a great time. The breakfast that they offer across the street was a really good value with delicious food and we would definitely stay here again.
