There is no staff on site except at noon, when a person goes to clean, but she's really nice and helpful, and the administration was very helpful through WhatsApp. There is very little storage space in the room, with only a shared closet. There were small drawers that you could lock, but barely big enough for leaving documents.

There was no reception, so I had to find all my information self service, and it was kind of difficult to find at first

It’s a bad experience to live there without air conditioners work and can’t charge the phone. The property just told us the issue is due to power company. I want to cancel my two reservations but they rejected my request. Just let me wait for their management update? I waited for more than 48 hours till I checked out. No any update… Anyway, I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Especially, the room is crowded with 4 beds, and AC is not workable in the such hot weather in Madrid… also three are only 3 shared bathrooms and 3 toilets with mixed together. Definitely a bad experience in my first time in Madrid! Also, I totally don’t agree that their management styles to handle this issue — just let customers waiting with no solutions and compensations.

They are in a very good location - No working staff only one cleaning lady coming at 11am. And leave in the afternoon - my room wasn’t ready when i came at 3pm, and they didn’t change the duvet cover until i request so. - only 1 female toilet ? for all guests, 1 mix toilet and 1 male toilet - 3 shower for all guests - shared bedroom are packed, not as spacious as seen on the picture - no elevators

Decent cheap hostel

A lot of confusion; people in my room had the same bed assigned, it happened every night during my stay. People were were confused and upset. I was woken up to translate. Customer service were nice but lied about why beds where double booked; . I know because I translated, and i got to read the messages custumer sevice sent to upset guest. Even staff asked us to write a review to let management know that things are not well, because they too are upset because they have to do double work... I got much more to say ... but I think this ? is the beginning. Place is nice. Beds are fine. Regarding booking there is Muchhhh Much Much work to be done to improve ....

The number of guests in and out of the room, turnovers-wise, was not awesome. But the cast majority were pleasant, if not very nice. ? The guest getting on everyone's nerves, for some reason no one could understand, was moved, so it was a net good thing.

The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and kind.

Location is perfect. Staff are not available when you need help. Kitchen is very small with only 1 small table to use for all of their guests. Not enough space and bathroom to use. It gets too crowded in the morning.

Close to the center. No clear instruction of the room number, no closet to secure the personal belongings.

Our room is too noisy. There are always guests standing and talking outside the window, so I have a hard time falling asleep.

They gave us wrong codes to enter the room. I texted them and solved it quickly but the girls who came at 2am couldn't find a way to enter and I just woke up to open them the door. Also, wasn't that clean and there wasn't room to lock your things (only drawers that could be locked, but couldnt even fit my backpack in there).
