Was cleaned We had to pay everytime for cleaning towels

Food was good, too much of the same for the 8 days we stayed, though. Nice kids club to keep kids entertained when the pool water was too cold (toys a bit old, missing pieces, though and only opening at 10.30). Loved the chicken families around the hotel. Shower cabin was totally inefficient and losing water all over. The room didn't smell very clean, especially the sleeping area. Buying water or just asking for a glass of water when you are thirsty is quite annoying for the all inclusive package. They don't allow filling bottles at the eating area. It has facilities to welcome families, which is very nice, but it can get very loud with all the partying groups

No kettles in the rooms! Beds could be better.

Everything was clean, well-kept, and organized, with great amenities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

I especially like the stuff: Raquel, Carlos, Jimmy... Fantastic, friendly, hardworking and kind people, made my stay a lot better and very comfortable, basically it felt like home ? Going to miss you ? The food was delicious, especially lunch and dinner. Lots of choices and variations. Drinks at the bar were excellent ? Location was perfect, not noisy at all and very close to the beach and main restaurants and pubs. I'll definitely visit again soon ? The only thing was Air-conditioning in the room, was blowing hot air at 10 degrees and had to wait for an hour to start to work properly. I can make a case about the two elevators in the hotel, but it wasn't a big deal once I start using and the waiting time wasn't a problem at all.

Everything was fine and clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The food quality is medium-high, the location is easy reachable with rented car. Beach is 200 meters about. The bed is really comfortable. The food was almost the same every day, however the selection is wide. The pool is not heated, it was not useable at the end of April. There parking place are few, there is a big place "for parking", but it was forbidden and we got a penalty from police.

Fantastic hotel. Spotless all round, large pool area, great value buffet-style restaurant (the food can be a little basic, but for the price it's great). Rooms are a great size, with comfy beds and modern, bright furnishings. Everything is kept spotlessly clean by the facilities team. Hotel has a bus stop for Palmanova, Palma, and the airport right outside. The centre of Magaluf is a 15min or so walk, but it's all flat and very easy. Look out for the interesting wild chickens on the path into town. A couple of snags on the room, but these were addressed within minutes by the reception team (water was turned off, and safe was locked, but they arrived within 5mins on both occasions). The safe turned out to be non-functional unfortunately, so do make sure to check that (my companion's safe however was just fine). The television sports a number of streaming services on the remote, but none of these work, and the television can only pick up terrestrial channels. Other than this, the WiFi could be slightly patchy, but was in no way unusable. Very small issues for such a nice space! One note regarding the restaurant: The overall prices are fantastic, but keep in mind if you are half-board you will only have access to water at dinner, and should you wish to add a 3rd meal to your day this will come at a somewhat hefty charge,
