Privato Makati

Very close to the location I needed to be. King size bed very spacious since I traveled by my self. I was planning to get a body massage but didn’t instead, cause I knew it would be hard to sleep anyway. AC was loud. Issue with compressor. I need to be in temp of 23 so it won’t make much noise. Room is warm. They can’t fix and complained twice never recommend to change room either. So I have to deal with it for 2days. I barely sleep because of the loud noise. Bathroom is not pleasant smell. Room is okay very standard, bed was place in the corner of the wall very usually for a hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Privato Makati. The room service was exceptional — Charles, Aris, and Kakai made my stay very memorable with their attentive and excellent service. The front desk team, especially Claude, Camille, and Paula, was courteous and helpful, and they made it easy for me to get familiar with the Makati area and the surrounding neighborhoods. Dave, who served breakfast, went above and beyond his normal duties and made the dining experience especially pleasant. Honestly, I had a very positive experience overall and don’t have any major complaints to share.

The staff were professional and very helpful as well as friendly. I liked that the hotel has water in the hallway where you can refill a container aimed at reducing plastic water bottles. The breakfast was acceptable. Upon check-in I was asked for 1000 pesos in the event that I damaged something, to be returned to me upon check-out. This is offensive and out-dated hotel procedure. You are asked to wait upon check-out until your room is checked to be sure you did not steal anything...again, profoundly offensive to be treated as if you are a possible thief. The towels in the room were very thin and had old stain marks on them. The pillows on the bed were lumpy and should have been disposed of long ago. The noise of traffic outside and the air conditioner made it almost impossible to hear the TV when on.

Its new and cozy. Wet spots in the hallway like somebody spilled something there and no one cleaned it up. I’ve experienced it in two different places in the second floor.

The staffs, room, and location are good. And they setve good good too. It's a 4.5 star for us, the hot shower though is not that hot. ?

The room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly as well. Only thing was the tv wasn't working but it wasn't a big problem.

Good value for money, quiet room, roof terrace with a view, a pool, friendly and helpful staff, secured location, walkable supermarkets, spacious rooms, comfy beds. Next time we'll chose a hotel more in the center, but that's just a personal choice.

wifi is good, location is near my house, ample car parking. Got my booking refunded because of a/c breaker keep on tripping waking us up early in the morning. First time was ok. Second time was horrible. The front office staff does not know how to handle a complain. The duty manager made me wait for close to 30 minutes.

Noise from outside but tolerable

The staff were excellent. The room was large enough to be comfortable and clean. The immediate area does not have very much going for it. You pretty much have to get a car everywhere and with Manila traffic that is not fun.

Location. Cleanliness. Misleading early check-in rate. The staff I chatted with at Booking.com stated a different amount than the manager I spoke with when I checked in. You should've aligned the policy among yourselves. I'm very disappointed at the very beginning of my experience in this hotel. I hope others won't experience it.

I like the place, convenient and cozy. Not much really. I just wish they gave a proper iron as requested. The one given to me was defective. I burnt my shirt. But apart from that incident, i loved my stay.
