I like to the bed in the mattress the air conditioning I hated the bathroom whenever I took a shower the water work get everywhere there was no door to close off the shower The door for the bathroom was way too close I had to step into the shower to close the door just so I could take a shit. there was a lot of construction going on that I was not aware of there was a dog down the street that nobody would shut it up overall experience 3 out of 10

bed was comfortable, drying rack provided as well wifi was very slow, water in the faucet was slow as well, sink was clogged, saw a small cockroach in the wall, complained repeatedly about the wifi, slow water and clogged sink but no actions were provided

Friendly and helpful staff, the coffee downstairs was nice, room was very clean and comfy for a good rest. Bathroom sink was leaking water when in use, not a major problem.

Clean, comfortable bed, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Toilet seat in bathroom wasn’t fixed and there was water on the bathroom floor.

Just a small space for one person and it's cozy and quiet on my overnight stay. Accessible to numerous establishments and easy transportation as well outside and even within the Makati CBD. Bathroom sink on one of my stays was clogged. The bathroom floor was not squeaky clean, prone for slight slippages and bugs. Also, there were at least two strands of hair on one of their beddings. Wish I could have requested to change rooms but due to lack of time, I opted to report it to their management. Hopefully these are to be addressed. It seemed like that there was lack of preparation on their part, knowing that I booked this place about 2 months ago. Not a good comfortable experience.
