One hour to Makati, stuff nearby. Places to eat. Pool. Social isolation, lack of dishes in kitchen.

Security. Pool. How we were approached by the guard on duty. I understand the safety concerns but it could have been better if they approached you calmly and asked information inside the lobby, like the room number or asked to show him the key card of the room. I am not comfortable giving out the room number outside the lobby since it's a public place, but I had to say it because he asked. I requested for a table and chair and I was advised that it can be provided upon availability. When I arrived inside the room, there was no table and chair. I had to go to the lobby again to request for it. Since it was part of the booking, they should have provided the request without being asked especially it was available

the water dispenser at the end of the hallway which happens to be a few steps from the room assigned to me toiletries were not provided, though it was not mentioned whether included or not

The areas is close to green belt mall It felt like a prison cell. No tv, no anything. Just a bed and plain white walls.

The room has a pungent smell, and I suspect it is a plumbing problem. No toiletry suply. Slow wifi.

SCAM! Avoid Worst accommodations! Booked here through Booking.com was to be p6,024. But did not honor. They charged more. Bill was p7,273.98. Vat p722.98 service charge p481.92 other charge p45.18 etc. Rude obnoxious cocky staff laughs off overcharges like they are used too pocketing overpayments.Location not good. Bad neighborhood. Only so called chinese foods. Rooms are very small. Tiny cooler not fridge. Food spoils. No microwave, no coffee maker, thin pull down blind direct sunlight, low water pressure. Noisy people, kids in pool upstairs. They charge service charge if you order food from grab and make you go down elevator to lobby to get it. No phone in room. Noone in lobby after 8pm. No assistance. If ask for anthing it goes down as another service charge. Then they hold you in lobby like a crook until they search room to see if guest stole anything. Very insulting! Highly shameless establishment Avoid booking here.

The amenities. The service. Our original room reservation was not available and they had alternative but they ask us to pay additional fees like it's our fault and they didn’t cause inconvenience. Also, they charged us for the stained towels and bunk beds are not safe.
