Staff friendly Very disappointing. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos, the beds were uncomfortable, and the location was not good. Very expensive for what you get. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations.

Great stay, though there was some confusion regarding breakfast. We received conflicting info and ended up paying for an extra person despite being told the suite covered three. I’d recommend getting your breakfast vouchers confirmed at check-in to avoid the same surprise!

We had a pleasant stay at MySpace @BGC. The staff were wonderful and our room was clean. We didn't like the location but on a positive note - it's a hidden gem!

The towels did not smell good . As if it wasn’t washed properly. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms as well.

Initially, I wasn't happy with my room. It was next to the road, so it was quite noisy. However, the staff moved me to another room in the center of the building. The bed was comfortable. It was quire spacious. And my shower was hot! This hotel has the strangest air conditioner system I've ever seen or heard. It's quite and I couldn't find a switch to turn it off, so I had to unplug it.

quiet, easy access to BGC highstreet which is where we need to go as we spent our New Year there and there are no more accommodation available eventhough we tried booking start of November we stayed before and omelet can be requested, now the staff was mataray and bluntly said hindi pwede or with extra payment i forgot which is which.

Breakfast was tasty. Room was smaller than I expected but immaculate and well appointed with good air con, TV, Etc. I had a view down on a residential street and a big mango tree out my window so always something to look at. The staff were very nice and helpful. Nice art in communal spaces. Noisy dogs in the evening. Kind of thin walls so next room's activities kept me intrigued/awake one night. Not really in the middle of BGC...a bit of a walk.
