No facilities. Paid for 14 days stayed for 9. No refund for the rest days. Smaller room than shown. Hard to manage inside. No place to hang clothes and t.v. not working properly. Lost over one hundred and fifty dollars of American money on the stay. Left in the 9th day. I just like the help to get me a ride to go some place. Show a better picture of the room. Let a person have a better choice to stay if come there.

The mattress is not good every time I wake up in the morning I feel uneasy and uncomfortable with my mattress.

The staff is very friendly. The location is near to the restaurants, malls & supermarkets Everything is available at walking distance. The cityview from the window in every room is nice. The washrooms are very small.

Walang remote ang TV though naitawag naman sa staff at nagbigay pero mahirap gamitin ang tv, hindi maayos ang remote.

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was friendly especially the one who gave us a showroom. She was smiling the whole time. The room was small but tidy. The fridge inside our room wasn't working so we couldn't store our water drinks

Nothing, this property was horrible Sheets were dirty towels were dirty. That was broken. Refrigerator was broken. Call the front desk twice and nobody came to repair the refrigerator or bring fresh towels. I had to check out immediately after I waited a day and no one responded to my request.
