It was really a good location, accessible to a lot of stores, restaurants, and malls. Everything is walking distance only. The rooms were clean, complete with facilities. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The elevator. When we first checked in, only one elevator was working. For a building with approximately 10 floors, it was a hassle going to and fro your room. The second time we checked in for 6 days, again there was one elevator working.

Quality of room is consistent (perhaps even better than) with all previous Red Planet stays I had. Genuinely happy to have fully loaded soapboxes in the bathroom. Water pressure is also good and comfortable. I also would like to commend staff and security for accommodating my injury by providing me with wheelchair assistance and carrying my luggage. Since my expectations about facilities/TVs have been explained, nothing really.

The location was very convenient and the hotel was good for a short stay. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the room had the basic things I needed. The room was a little small and felt pretty basic.

location was perfect, and comfortable for a quick day rest as I was in transit, but has a long gap stay in Makati. Was able to get a quick nap, and enjoy the local eats in the area Tv volume would have been nicer, if it was louder (I already had it at the highest setting), felt like the AC was drowning out the sound.

The location is good. When I was shown my room, it was gross! There were not one or two but numerous obvious stains all over the bed sheets, it was disgusting. There was mold up all around the mirror in the room (not in the bathroom). Although i'm sure they do their normal routines of washing, but it seemed like total negligence or no oversight of quality control because there is no way you wont be able to see the stains and filth. I've uploaded pics but they don't show how bad it is. What's worst is the staff wtf! I immediately came back down from the room and said I cant stay here that it is too filthy and I just want to cancel and get a refund. There were two gals, one is a manager I think and one other male staff at the front desk. The man was neutral but the gal manager and other gal were rude, contemptuous, disdainful and condescending. Hotels should be accommodating or at very least neutral lol. And I am a very calm person who doesn't complain even or ask for much and I was pretty calm when I complained to them. I eventually stopped arguing, just dropped the key at the desk and said I cant stay here and am leaving. As I was turning around, the one gal starts laughing turning to the male worker and started cracking a joke about me or what just happened in tagolog but the male wasn't entertaining her but just kept working and was neutral (smart good guy). As I saw and heard this I turned back around really mad now, and I turned on my phone video filming her as I asked her why was she was laughing at my situation and cracking jokes. She being caught off guard, just starts denying all of it. I hope the owners of this hotel really does a close audit of their staff there and the quality of the place. I cant believe this place had 8.0+ stars on the booking.com rating!? Absolutely no f*king way! Unbelievable and probably fabricated reviews I don't know. I also uploaded pics and vids but I don't know why they are not showing here.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel specially my kids, we enjoyed the shower, water is so warm. Kudos to all the staff!

No bathroom slippers, so I had to step out to a mall to buy one for myself, and even proposed to them that I could supply them with hotel bathroom slippers; I'm a business person. Also, one night there was noise, someone made loud noise for so long.

Noise at night. Some other guests but this isn't the hotels fault. No breakfast ?
