Location is convenient. Rooms are fine. Breakfast was good. Gym was good. Water access was bad. I understand the ecological approach is not to use plastic bottles due to the plastic garbage. But the one decrepit-looking water filter in the hallway was NOT appealing and we ended up just going out and buying our own water, navigating the streets to the nearest 7-11. The policy of inspecting a room before you can leave at checkout was weird. I guess they have had some bad experiences with guests, given the location.

The staff and the room were amazing. Drinks at the rooftop bar are a must when you stay here. Nothing, the hotel is fantastic.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The hotel’s amenities were outstanding, including the excellent facilities, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped fitness center, and relaxing pool. Every aspect of the property reflected quality and attention to detail. Everything was good, especially the rooftop pool. The room was great. Location is good: close to everything. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing - not too much variety for the price.

Beds were well kept, rooms super clean. Spa services were superb. Proximity to other malls and local restaurants of all flavors are easily accessible. Hotel located in Poblacion area, not entirely ideal but you get a good feel of a typical stay in a southeast asian country. Once in the hotel though, staff and ambiance makes up for it. Nothing not to like really.

Location is good, the staff were excellent With 5 stars hotel it suppose everything in the room, such Iron and stand of ironing, Towels for face and hand, shampoo and conditioner enough while the room I took is for two couples and only one small shampoo and no conditioner, also no bottled water at all which I have to look for shop to buy water and this not good at all. Only one tissue at the room. The breakfast was not good for international gusts mainly for Philippine gusts also the restaurant food same no Various types for international gusts. Prices expensive compared to service thy give as 5 stars hotel.

Eman and Janine at the front reception are so kind and helpful! Eman really went above and beyond and made our stay special every moment he was able to. The entire team is always ready to assist and makes the stay so enjoyable. I really enjoyed the breakfast, Antidote and how quiet and spacious the rooms were. The gym was also awesome! It had everything we needed to workout and was clean, not too busy and had a great view. The location is perfect and centrally located. It’s near a lot of things to do such as great restaurants, lounges and the power plant mall too. I’d definitely stay here again and enjoyed it! Loved it all, would like better lighting in the bathroom.

The infinity pool is beautiful and very nice to cool down in on a hot summer day. Unfortunately, I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but the room itself was the 1 Bedroom Executive Suite with a balcony, washer/dryer, stovetop, separate living room, great aircon and it was outstanding. The only things I would have believed to have been an improvement as the most expensive and luxurious of all rooms at the hotel would have been the addition of a mircrowave and a television in the bedroom that has accessibilty to streaming apps like the one in the living room.

Location. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. When we got to the room the amenities were for 1 adult despite the fact that my booking was for 2 adults. Towels and pillow cover were dirty and housekeeping took around an hour to attend to our request and change them. During the process they made us feel as if we had the towels and pillow case dirty. Breakfast on the first day had no varieties not a 5* hotel breakfast, staff did not provide take away cup as i was wanted to take black coffee to go after my breakfast. We requested for tomatoes over breakfast and the staff member was very unprofessional and said they do not have tomatoes on the buffet nor in the kitchen. When we requested to speak to the manager to highlight these incidents the person we spoke to was rude and was looking around the lobby during our discussion as if he had somewhere else to be and at the end he said he will log the complaint and we requested for the morning manager to contact us as apparently he did not have the authority to take any action. No one contacted us the second day and as we check out we requested for the manager, Paolo the manager was helpful and insisted on providing us free grab to the airport which was a good gesture, and assured us to provide us with better service on our next visit with better rates. 2 months later we planned a trip back to Manila and contacted the manager, and sadly the pricing provided was higher than what booking.com was offering even without breakfast which was really disappointing. We do not recommend the property as you can get a lot of better options with better services for the same price near by.
