The property is clean with a lovely surroundings and good food. Great location near nightlife. All good, no problem

In the area of where we wanted to be. Got moved to 3 different rooms upon check-in due to no internet or no room key issues. Elevators kept breaking down or too slow. Did not provide a proper luggage storage option for guests.

Absolutely nothing. The building need to be demolished and build something else there. Wouldn’t let my dog stay there Everything!!! Worst place I ever stayed in.

Excited to leave. So many things broken. One lady staff at front desk made things fare difficult than they needed to be. Repeatedly lying and causing drama for no reason. Other staff were friendly and tried but many didnt know basic stuff. Building is in disrepair broken air con. Broken toilet, broken utensils and furniture, etc, etc, etc. NEVER offered any kind of partial refund or compensation. Appears to have poor management but actually has NO management. Avoid because for the same price a few metres away you can get other options with more facilities.
