The elevator is extremely slow. It’s very noisy from cars and other rooms. The tv doesn’t have Netflix or other smart TV things. Having an old TV with just normal programs in a 5 star hotel in 2026 is a joke.

The staff was PERFECT ! Especially Darius! he helped us a lot when we arrived at 10PM and made us feel at home. We were 8 people so it was really appreciated Everything was amazing

Our go to place, close to family when visiting the Philippines. Staff are welcoming & friendly. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The restaurant at the top floor has good food & ambiance is great, especially when there’s a breeze. Also, there’s a small mall that is steps away with a food court, Bread Talk, Starbucks and grocery store. Poweplant Mall is about a 20 minute walk. The way shower head is mounted on the wall, can easily spray the bathroom floor if you don’t have the shower curtain closed with the liner inside the tub, because water pressure is strong! lol

Very spacious room (junior suite) and really relaxing rooftop pool & restaurant. You can also easily walk to the Powerplant Mall or many restaurants. Service at the rooftop restaurant can be slow

Location, courteous, helpful, pleasant, accomodating and professional staff all around especially the bar & server staff. Pool too small for the capacity of the hotel visitors. Creaky noisy beds.

Room, breakfast, fitness center, spa, front desk and bell hops, 32nd floor restaurant. Athena, Mica (front desk), and all of the restaurant staff are rock stars.
