Nothing. All of it. I booked 2 rooms at City Garden Makati and paid for them weeks in advance, yet our experience was extremely disappointing. The official check-in time is 2:00 PM, but our first room wasn’t ready until 4:00 PM, meaning we had to wait 2 hours. Our second room wasn’t available until 5:00 PM. Waiting that long after paying in advance is completely unacceptable. The staff apologized and promised us a late check-out to make up for the delay. However, they only extended it until 1:30 PM, despite us checking in hours late. We politely asked if they could at least make it 2:00 PM to compensate for the lost time, but they refused and simply told us to be downstairs by 1:30 PM. This was incredibly unfair and poor customer service. We paid for a full stay but lost several hours because the hotel failed to have our rooms ready on time, and they made no real effort to make it right. Absolutely disappointing. I will not be staying here again, and I certainly won’t be recommending City Garden Makati to anyone.

The location We did not get the room we paid for. They gave us a twin queen not the deluxe and said this is what we oredered. I showef her the reservation and she said itbwas not avalavle. After complaining we got the room we reserved on a floor that had noise of construction. Basically they overbooked and we did not get any compensation. Trying to give us amother room with not honest. This was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
