The garage , the room is terrible, the bathroom specially, the towels it looks like a rug , the shower the whole bathroom is wet .

Easy to go everywhere from the hotel Internet was worst coudnt able to connect the mobile and laptop. Its keep cutting out. Complained Neely 5 times so action taken until I leave

Was in pretty good location (if you like 'that' side of the city). Very sizeable room. Had a desk and space to work. Shower was a little bit weak. It was definitely dated. Elevator took a while to get me downstairs because not many in operation.

Friendly staff except for the guard assigned to the parking area No towels upon arrival. We had 4 rooms and all rooms had no bath towel in them so I'm not sure if it's a miss or a standard process to make you request for one if needed. Breakfast is only for one person. It should be explicitly stated on the reservation so guests won't be surprised and front desk don't need to explain. Seems like a sales tactic for me.

Called the staff to fix the A/C as it was not cold enough. No one came to fix it. Same thing happened in our stay 2

Nothing The hotel is not suitable for families with kids. There were almost no families with kids staying due to streets it was located on and close to. Think of it like the red light district. Not a place I would ever go back with my child. Cleanliness needs to be desperately re-evaluated. Got a UTI infection just staying here. Rooms are not the same as pictures, only space for 1 suitcase. Deposit of P2000 upon check in, of which you get back after check-out. Only one towel given for two people and toilet paper you need to ask everyday from them. Air conditioning was so bad and was extremely hot in the room.

The beds were comfortable and clean. When we showed up and checked in, there was one worn out towel, the TV didn't work, and the in room safe didn't work. We called the front desk an they said they would address it. They never showed so we had to call again. Finally someone showed up. Just crazy that they would expect 2 people to use one worn out towel.
