Everything was great - from the staff - to the room - and location. I would absolutely stay here again should I want to be located in the heart of Makati once again.

So accessible to everything and anything. It really felt like a home away from home, and the breakfast selection was top tier There were moths all over, not really something that bothered us but I imagine some guests with phobias may not appreciate it.

The room was really nice and the view even better. There was a roach in the bathroom, the room stunk. Breakfast was not good for someone that does not eat pork, beef, and shell fish.

Location! The AC in the bedroom was defective -- turns off automatically every hour, even if it wasn't set to do so. Called front desk twice, they did try to rectify it, but nothing changed. Had to wake up every hour just to turn it on, as we were sweating like pigs (considering the heat these days!). Please ensure that your facilities are working well before checking in clients. Living area AC was fine.

I am a regular customer and they always exceeded their service. Thanks for the big room specially that I am in wheelchair due to my cast, the room given to us helps me a lot to recover. Thanks a lot will definetly be back!

My stay was great. the bed was comfortable. After travelling for 26 hours the bed was a godsend. Everything in the room worked well. The room was comfortable in term of size and furnishings. The staff was helpful. A great stay overall. not much.

Great location close to many restaurants and parks, malls etc. Nice views from the room. Aircon blasts cold air in the hot weather! Bed super comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner provided. Desk and table to work. Facilities to cook. Nothing bad to say.

Loved the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the room. The area for sitting was very appreciated. Daily water was so helpful. The shower water was hard to understand and difficult to turn off and on. The temperature wasn't hot which I like for my showers.

Decent place and good location in clean and nice area. Room was a good size and they also had a pool and small gym. Starbucks downstairs was handy for a coffee too.
