Great location for the malls and also close to visa application center Price excellent for 4 persons and nice rooms also kitchen so can buy snacks and fruits for the kids Pool area also nice for a chill time with great views considering in the city Staff all very accommodating polite and well presented Breakfast organization could be improved but still satisfactory

Everything is exceptional. The staff most especially, the hotel itself, breakfast, the rooms and the infinity pool. 2mins walk to Glorieta. None!

Oh God, the room/suite is spacious. The infinity pol oh my Lord. The Breakfast is exceptional. The staff and crew going above and beyond. It is 2 minutes walk to Glorieta. I would definitely come back. None, everything is exceptional!

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the room. And all amenities are available. For a 5 star hotel, the food choices for the bf should be more. But on the positive side, even though few, taste is really good.

Amazing pool, super modern, clean rooms, good food and super helpful/friendly staff. Overall very happy. As a remote business, good internet is a must. When I tried to connect to the Wifi, I couldn’t even open an email. A technician has to come to grant you better internet. Please add a private/passworded network for digital business owners who have to do daily calls. That’s the only feedback I have.

I have stayed here many times.. seems like it is not taken care of like before.. the pool was dirty and many kids.. staff was just ok not like exceptional before.. used to always get free breakfast but not anymore.. for the high price should get free breakfast..will be staying elsewhere next time Dirtty pool

The staff were so thoughtful that they decorated the master bedroom with balloons and "happy father's day" greetings on the bed. There was also a brownies cake with father's day greetings! We super like it. The buffet breakfast was awesome. The food was warm and delicious and there were a lot of options. The room was cool. The internet was fast. The main swimming pool water was comfortable. We tremendously enjoyed our stay. There was only one room key card so we often had to go back and forth to fetch family members who came later and who explored the facilities - as they couldn't access the elevator. The jacuzzi water was too hot for a summer dip.

Complete facilities, including a small chapel in the hotel. The breakfast - sumptuous, the pool is warm and didnt smell of chlorine, and the gym is huge with lots of fitness equipment. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, a plus point for the team as we were welcomed with a nice birthday greeting setup ?. All good though, there was a small system hiccup with Booking.com - it swapped names during the booking process, so my sister was listed as the main guest instead of me, and my early check-in request was attributed to another sister. I booked all three 2BR Suites and added my sisters name for each room. Hoping the system has the correct details sorted so check-in goes smoothly moving forward :)

Very clean and smells good lobby and rooms. Wide space. Soft ans comfortable beds. Just across glorieta and orher big establishments and stores. No ready iron and iron board, same with hair dryer, uou have to ask for it pa but they are very quick in responding.

The room here was amazing. I wanted to stay in the room just to enjoy the large space & tub & bed. I went to the pool & gym, & both were amazing. This is certainly one of the best pools in the city. I look forward to to coming back an staying longer next time. Staff were super helpful also. I have no complaints about this property.

The room size in the business suites is great, location is good. The food at the flame restaurant was great, just extortionate prices though. Recommend going and sitting on the rooftop bar at night time for a great view of the city at night. You can also smoke up there. I felt the price you pay for a room even on the 6th floor wasn’t worth the money considering the view is literally facing a shopping mall and a few apartments blocks. For $1,700 AUD you should have a view of the city skyline. When asked about it they said there was no business suites facing the city view. The breakfast was a let down, the food was just no where near up to standard at the breakfast bars, the only thing I really enjoyed there was the coffee in the morning. Room was outdated and needs a renovation just in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed at across the world for similar rates.
