The room smells musty, the lighting is dim, the soundproofing is poor, and there seems to be a child playing with the door in the next room, making disturbing noises, no toothpaste and toothbrush are provided, the location is not suitable for tourists who plan to play near the Red House for a day or two.

Good location and parking lot available. Hotel room & toilet is very clean. Lots of available places to hang our clothes. There is no toothbrush & toothpaste, but luckily we did bring our own.

No breakfast provided but it is easier to hunt for food around this area by car or on foot. It was my 4th stay over the last few years.

The room stay is acceptable based on cleanliness, comfort. I was disappointed to this hotel as too calculative & lack of flexibility, deposit deducted if delay checked-out. My room checked-in almost 9pm c/w RM50 deposit paid (for damage prevention). Next day, we checked-out slightly later due to my husband stomachache (about 12.30pm). Unexpected, cash deposit refunded Rm40 only. My husband ask for the reason, and the Malay cashier guy replied with a sour face that we were deducted Rm10 (without receipt) because we checked-out 30 minute late. It opened my eyes and ruined our mood, something not even a 5 Star hotel would do.
