Its location and friendly staff. No hair dryer!

First of all, It was very noisy! One side was a crowded street, the other side was a club! I asked to change my room! They don’t have a single room can sleep, finally after showing me four or five terrible rooms, they gave me a room without a window, was like a jail, you don’t know when is day, when is night!!!! The bed had lice and my whole body itched! It was my worst staying experience in my whole life!

Budget hotel as described Staff were not very helpful at all. Be careful with your key deposit. The woman was conveniently not there when I went to check out at 7.00 am when it opens, I waited half and hour until 730 and had to go. Jumped in a grab and just caught her out of the corner of my eye come into the office. She had been there all along and was waiting for me to go so she could pocket the key deposit.

Only the location. Everything else was horrible. Unstable WiFi, dirty room and dirty bathroom, clogged sink, bedsheets had stains, floor was dirty with crumbs. Receptionist was not friendly and didn’t even get up on her chair when she checked us in. She also saw us with several luggage’s but she didn’t let us use the lift. She let us use the stairs. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we had to check out after the 1st night because it was so uncomfortable staying there.
