Got the connecting rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were spacious and the fittings were all well maintained. Toilets are big and clean. Did have some trouble getting the master toilet hot water to be working though! Check in and out was seamless but if you are driving, its required to validate parking every time before exiting. A point to note is check in is at level 12! Limited cable channels. Could do with better movie and variety of cable channels

I love the rooms. Live up to the expectation of a luxurious 5-star hotel. I also love the buffet spread for breakfast and lunch - so much varieties. Location might be slightly inconvenient if you're looking to go anywhere on a walking distance. But as long as you have Grab app, you can easily travel anywhere within 5 minutes.

Extremely well maintained and superb staff… Only 1 chair with plugs at desk and no mirror … but only shaver plug in bathroom… so I had to use hair dryer and curling iron at desk but with no mirror… Black paint on wooden pool deck so really burning hot to feet Those are minor… overall it was fabulous. Ramesh ,manager of food service treated us like royalty and was extremely helpful re my husbands vegan diet. The luggage concierges were helpful and informative and all the people in the dining rooms were exceptionally gracious and went out of their way to be

The pillows were quite uncomfortable and could be improved, with both soft and firm options provided for guests. In addition, the room amenities were very basic — it would be better to include items like cotton pads, cotton buds, and dental floss.
