Excellent location, good value for money, room is spacious and clean. Room and facilities are rather old. Socket point beside the bed isn’t working. Have to take hairdryer from reception.

I would like to suggest changing the current blanket provided. The blanket is very thick, which may be suitable for colder climates, but not for a non-snow country like Malaysia where the weather is generally hot and humid. Even with air conditioning, the thick blanket can feel too warm and uncomfortable. It would be more suitable to provide a thinner or more breathable blanket that aligns better with the local climate. This small change could greatly improve comfort for guests. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

The Location of it ; so good and coonveniet to Jonkers street. The reception may have a little bit of makeover ; the rest are good

I like the hotel location , it is very strategic and located in the middle of Jonker Street. Many places can be a walking distance. Also i like the parking lot is at the back of the hotel, very convenient.. i don't like the TV, probably a bit too old, not easy to adjust the volume.

The safe was closed, therefore I could not open and use it. I did ask at front desk to open safe, they did not understand what I wanted. I had to ask for soap and toilet paper.

Good location a block away from Jonker Street. Would have been nice if the shower area were separated from the rest of the bathroom with a partition or shower door.

Location is the best. Room is clean. There is no breakfast. No lift, wifi sometimes lost connection.

Jonker street just opposite of the hotel. Other places to visit or food taste also not far from here. It seem like a center and convenient location. Have 4 guest cars parking at backyard make family trip easy.

Please repair the door lock and change mattress,when sleep can feel the mattress spring....pls change...other all so good..I will come again...tq so much
