The guy at the front desk was super nice!!! The power went out after a big storm but that is beyond there control. They could have went room to room and offered cold waters or to come hang out in the lobby but no worries. They had the power up after a few hours.

The location was excellent, just 100m away from the town center and the 7/11 was just next door. The staff was patient, professional and helpful. Especially worth mentioning was the lady named HUIQUAN. She was so nice and helpful. None.

Nothing. Dirty, dark, damp and noisy Dirty, dark, wet. The room is small and noisy. I event saw shit at the door entrance ( see the picture)

Highly recommended stay in Melaka! The place is incredibly clean and tidy. The location is perfect—all major attractions are within walking distance. As a family with a baby, the water dispenser in the lobby was a lifesaver for washing bottles and preparing formula. A minor downside is that the hairdryer provided is a bit weak, so I’d suggest local travelers bring their own. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room without windows in advance. Lastly, a huge thank you to the staff! They were so warm and always greeted us with big smiles. Definitely recommending this place to everyone! Needed earplugs on weekend nights because tri-shaws play music until after midnight. No view. The term heritage is misleading. Most furnishings and decor are modern.

Great central location. Right next to convenience store. Very comfortable with good shower. It didn’t bother us, but you need to be aware that you’ll get quite a lot of noise from the street until late at night.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Sound insulation, had a really inconsiderate neighbor who slammed the door and windows late at night and early in the morning regularly. Aircon blows directly at the bed, i had to manually adjust the position everytime I am back as it resets whenever key card is removed & put back.
