It was walking distance to most of the attractions. Environment was clean and even the cold air was crisp

Absolutely great location, very nice and helpful staff No breakfat in-house yet, they have a VR room which is great but its only open limited slots (not sure why) which frustrated the kids

The key importance was cleanliness as other hotels that we saw were not decently clean. Also, the way how the hotel renovated the old red shophouses was a unique experience. Overall, the kids were excited with the stay and my girl enjoyed pampering herself in the big tub. I realized that the walls were a little thin and sound proofing was not excellent. Other rooms had slides & we could hear children running around. But fortunately, the noise died down after 11pm. The air-conditional was excellent but the low vibration or 'rumble' can be quite disturbing for some.

The avalanche loft suite was amazing. My kid loved it. The crafts activity available (for a fee) on the ground floor was a good amenity to have. Lack of breakfast options nearby

excelllent location, good renovation Bed sheet not clean , some stains there . All the Dust in the air feels like going into silent hill . Room inside feels damp,compared to other hotels I booked in Malaysia . Even the washed clothes can’t go dry after 2 days in the room . Sleeping in the dirty and damp sheet feels very uncomfortable.

Great staff and location, wonderful old heritage building so a lot of the room face inward to a central area. Our first room es a little noisy as it was right on a central corridor, but they went out of their way and moved us to a different room once they had availability. Marcus (the manager) was exceptionally helpful and we have nothing but praise for them. Rooms facing into lower corridors can be a little noisy at times. But they will go our of their way to fix it if you have a problem.

No restaurant available in the hotel facility, understand hotel expansion soon to have restaurant. The refund of deposit RM 200 should be immediately after check out. This should be implemented soon to compare to 4 ⭐ and 5⭐ Hotel..

They have a room for 3 pax and were able to hold our lugage whilst waiting to check-in and post check-out Basic room and hotel. Whatever you ask the staff, nothing was possible. If you go with little expectations you'll be fine.

The location was good and everything in the room is decent. The car park is a bit far from the hotel which is a little inconvenient but not too bad.

We're truly enjoyed the room and the VR facility. Both of my kids had fun with the slides in the room. The lack of parking there. However, it's understandable taking into consideration the tight space in the city of Malacca.
