Check-in was hassle-free, and the location is excellent—within walking distance of Jonker Street, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a solid choice for a short trip. While the overall experience was pleasant, the hotel could do more to maintain its standards. Better upkeep and improved cleanliness would make the stay feel more polished. As a returning guest, there doesn’t seem to have been much improvement since my previous visit, giving the impression that the property is relying on its reputation rather than continuing to elevate the guest experience.

Location requires finding alternate paths for walking to and from hotel due the busy street and lack of sidewalks. Once we learned alternate routes, coming ang by foot make our trip to town much more enjoyable.

The hotel is very nice with special design, the location is good if you have a car, clean and comfy... the very best thing about this hotel is the staff! the staff are just soo amazing the breakfast was mainly Asian, not international... no variety, the gym is super basic

+ Private parking with guard; lots of parking + Cozy and clean room; bright bathroom + Roof access provides scenic view (but it's not an area to lounge, just exploring) + Basic gym (cardio machines and weights up to 10kg) + Walking distance to local eateries; it's not Jonker, but nevertheless delicious + Comfortable enough bed and pillows; no complaints +++ Excellent breakfast; professionally managed. One of the few times all foods are hygienically covered (even the breads!). Your mains are freshly prepared in addition to a buffet spread. Well done Rosa. - Sheltered parking space beside pillar a bit small, so park professionally - Room can feel a bit dim for working, but for a holiday it is not a problem - Roof level a bit dilapidated; will be scary at night

Design of the rooms were great and very comfortable. We requested for extra blanket and pillow and they gave us immediatly! We were at 6th floor and there was a smell when entering our room. Like wet cloth or carpet. Hope you can look into it. The breakfast choice was very limited.

Room is very nice, clean, and super comfortable. Breakfast spread also good, I like the coffee. Hotel itself has that somehow cool looks, and can go to rooftop. The sound from the event hall are quite loud, I can clearly hear them from second floor. Also, if there are home slippers it will be good.

Room was clean and it’s one of the “nicer” hotels in the city. The hotel is located on a street where motorcycles gather and race at night. It is extremely loud so it is impossible to sleep before 2am. The design tries to mimic NY loft style but it’s poor quality so it falls short and ends up feeling eerie rather than edgy. Overall Malacca highlights can be seen in a few hours so it’s not worth spending the night.

The hotel has a great vibe, very chill and relaxing. I like the service of a small boutique hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly good, a blend of local and western fare and I appreciate how it was curated. Definitely worth the money if you want a relaxing start to your day without the frantic need to go out and look for breakfast. Parking is aplenty as the compound is big. I like that the bedroom smelt fresh and not musty at all unlike some hotels but the bedroom has this incessant water dripping from somewhere I cannot trace. It wasn't the toilet as I checked but I suspected it came from the aircon vent. It dripped non-stop whole night which made it difficult for me as I was a light sleeper. If you're not bothered by that, it will be perfect for you. Hopefully they will sort this out.
