Very polite and helpful staff. Linen and towels were very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable,. The shower was exceptionally good. Room and Bathroom were clean and tidy.. I was given complmentry room upgrade to a suit. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again. There are no F&B facilities at the property but plenty of restaurants nearby. Lift was not working upto my floor. Had to take the stairs one floor up. Amenities are limited and basic.

The staff are incredibly warm and sincere; their genuine smiles create such a welcoming vibe the moment you walk into the lobby. The room is exceptionally cozy, offering the kind of pure comfort you usually only find in your own bedroom. It feels like a private sanctuary where you can truly relax in peace and complete privacy. The only minor drawbacks were the limited parking and thin walls. Finding a spot at night can be difficult, though the security guard was always incredibly helpful in assisting me. Additionally, the room insulation is a bit lacking; we could occasionally hear noise and the shower from the neighboring room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. I liked the water filling station. Contrary to some other reviews, I did not hear noise from other rooms. They offer a laundry service at a reasonable price and my clothes came back smelling fresh and folded nicely. The water in the shower was warm and had good pressure. The air con was great. This hotel exceeded my expectations given the price. The walk into the centre of town was fine for me but some may find it a bit risky. Luckily the Grab works well for getting a drive.

Lovely and kindly staff members made my stay good. The hotel rooms were good, clean and comfortable. There are no one time use toothpaste or soaps.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. My room was spotless, the shower was great, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The only drawback is the constant traffic noise which is noticeable throughout the day. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs, but otherwise, a fantastic hotel!

I could hear the sounds of nature around the hotel, as well as noises from the neighboring rooms and the plumbing.

I needed to heat up one meal, and apparently i had to pay rm10 for that?? Very unreasonable and inconsiderate pricing!! As for the room cleanliness, i asked that the cleaners make up the room once im out but the front desk replied saying that they dont make up the rooms and only provide new towels?? This did not make any sense at all to me. Why bother putting that tag paper at the door that says 'please make up my room' if u dont provide such sevices?
