Strategic location ! The first room we were assigned was quite dusty and not very clean. After the air conditioner stopped working, the hotel arranged a room change for us. The second room was much cleaner, more comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

location is good. staff is friendly the toilet was stuck and did not fix it before I check out, they try to fix the toilet, the water on the floor was not cleaned and messy. the smell of whole room become smelly.

Food, and facilities affordable with the price I just want to highlight the clothes hangers provided. Please put the new one instead of reusing the old with broken ones. Some of the guests got a lot of shirts that needed to hanging. I have to be engineering staff myself to fix it lol. If you can afford the expensive, just buy the cheapest la. Only less than RM 5 in Kedai 2sen for 5 pieces. Overall is good with the prices.

I didn’t expect the room to be this comfortable with such a romantic vibe. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of dust at the mini bar area, but overall it was still okay. What surprised me the most was that they even provided a laundry bag, body wash, shampoo, and complete toiletries. Got swimming pool also. This was definitely beyond my expectations. We had a short stay, so there wasn’t much to complain about. Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant experience.

I can't say what i like, only thing i can say need alots of improvement in overall facilities and on the breakfast are needed. Management should open a resturant with multiculture foods available and a standard Gym that make a standout The service quality is very poor need to improve alot. TV Channel there is no much asian movies or western movies are avaliable. Installing a Cable TV should be better. Breakfast need to improve on variety lot. Should make change each day. ***Important*** No proper walking path way for traveller to access to the hotel. Should Improve in all direction that able to access to the hotel or else indanger others

The stay was below expectations. I stayed in a deluxe double room located above the reception tower, and the room had a noticeable damp smell. The bathroom was not stocked with basic amenities like shampoo and soap, and there were stains on the bedsheets. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly, as it did not feel strong even when set to the highest settings. Overall, it felt like the room had not been used or properly maintained for some time, which affected the overall experience. The rest of my family stayed in a twin room in a different tower, and they had a good experience.

Since it was my birthday, the staff had provided lovely decorations to celebrate. Towel swans might not be the best idea for this though, as that is a more romantic type deco, and it felt weird to receive that. but hey, I appreciate the effort. Maybe a printed birthday wish next time. Would be much more appreciated :) I really liked the view and the spacious room that was given to us. everything provided worked well. The room was a bit hot at first, but despite how confused we were at first at utilising the aircond's built in wall remote control, the room was significantly cold when we went to sleep after adjusting the settings. Needed help from reception on understanding the functions but it went well. The pillows are too soft. both me and my friend had a hard time sleeping well, and we ended up feeling stiff in the neck and shoulders, and not as rested as we would have liked. Another matter I was unhappy about is that the night receptionist wasn't well informed on what was available for breakfast. We decided not to go for the free breakfast because we did ask for more details what was on the menu, but he says he doesnt know. I understand that perhaps the menu changes daily, but the kitchen department must have prepared a weekly sahur menu, right? Hope this can be better managed in the future.
