The room Lobby toilet

We had a wonderful stay here, but what we appreciate the most was the exceptional service after we've checked out. Our son accidentally left a pillow in the room. The moment we realised this, contacted the hotel, and the staff went completely above and beyond. They immediately located it, kept it safe, and seamlessly arranged for us to get it back without any hassle. The hotel itself was great - clean, comfortable, and well maintained - but this level of genuine care and honest hospitality is truly cherised. A huge thank you to the management, housekeeping and front desk team for their quick communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be staying here again!

Pretty nothing much except that some of the toiletries need to be requested instead of having them ready in the bathrooms. Otherwise all is great!

Staff was attentive & good service. Parking was excellent, wide ramps and ample wide parking spaces with good lift access Be nice if they can add but more variety to the morning buffet, not same food every day.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and quality. The location is ideal, situated about a 15–20 minute walk from Dutch Square and Jonker Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. One small suggestion would be to include body lotion in the toiletries, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Zero customer experience, being Marriott property, atleast food buffet should be more cosmopolitan, this is first time i had worst experience.

Breakfast always the best options with variety of choices. Especially the western / local food choices very good. However the salad section to be improvise with neatly arranged. the best option always the local food section with everyday different type of food served. The salad section, especially presentation and arrangement need to look into but the sauces all good well presented & Indian cuisine section to provide more choices. especially if have on the spot making roti canai that would be great idea.

Need more sound proofing. You can easily hear the banging of the doors of other rooms.

The bathroom, water from shower head also rainshower can not turn to high pressure, water will splashing out from bathub, make the bathroom floor all wet.

The lobby looks very grand, and the staff were all friendly and attentive. They greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist whenever we needed help. The room condition is not up to a 5-star standard, and the breakfast has limited variety. The children’s pool resembles more of a fountain and is too shallow for older kids, such as an 8-year-old, while the adults’ pool is too deep for them. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay.

Breakfast was varied, delicious, and well presented. Checking in took us more than 20 minutes, since although there were four people at the front desk, there were many guests arriving at the same time. The room was very comfortable, but there were drainage problems in the shower. A poor design caused the entire bathroom to get soaked every time you took a shower.

Service and staff were really good Bathroom was dirty around the bath. You had to shower in the bath, but the bathtub was above the tails and the water couldn't flush away. Result: fungi around the bath-tub. Clearly a construction failure.
