1. Overall room was consider clean 2. Shower surprisingly strong flow 3. Bed not too soft (stiff) as preferred for back side 4. Breakfast quite veriety of choices 5. Location Little issue with shower drainage clogged, but immediate response by staff and cleared it off.

Everything. So comfortable. Sooo clean. Nice rooms to stay. Nice decor boutique hotel. The front office staff is so friendly. Near to mall and major attractions. limited selection for buffet breakfast. We checked in on weekends but no option for hi tea buffet due to low occupancy. The hot shower was very tricky, even the coldest setting was hot. maybe there was a technical issue with the shower but acceptable because we love our stay. will come back again.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. Very closed th Mahkota Hospital. Staff is very helpful. Im recommend this hotel easy to get around and alot of food shop surrounded

Two bedrooms for a great rate. En-suite bathrooms and ability to check-in early. The carpet was a bit dated and the breakfast wasn’t fabulous.

I like the room. It’s perfect for two people. The decoration is very beautiful with Baba Melaka elements. The room is clean. It is near Mahkota Medical Center, just within walking distance. My husband was admitted there, so I needed to book this hotel. The price is also reasonable. Nothing

Great location within a walking distance from the famous Jonker street night market and Dutch square. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price, would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great to where I wanted to go. Very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable. Unfortunately TV wasn't working at all despite my call to alert but it didn't get fixed. Buffet breakfast had a great spread, needed to replenish fast(er).

Location next to a hospital, many restaurants around, clean and big room Exits at both ends of the long corridors, one at the lifts and the other one is locked (an emergency exit) required breaking the glass but can't find any hard object or tools to break the glass in case of emergency
