The lift is not sufficient for guests. Need a lot of improvement if possible. If not, it will be the main factor of considering this place.

1.Mayb can add some freshener..the room and bathroom smelled 2.If can upgrade TV to google play type..kids can watch youtube since there is internet provide 3.Just to info - mayb under management, waiting lift for going down/up almost 10-15 minute

High floor and spacious room. Walking distance to Jonker street and city area. The internet signal is weak.

The room is OK 1. Toilet is wall is made if see through glass. Not suitable for family. 2. Waiting time for the elevator is not acceptable. Need to wait > 10 min to get one since my room is at the level 16, when the elevator reaches this middle level, it is already full load. 3. No free parking. Need to pay via TNG.

The service. No internet on their WiFi, late response on behalf of the host.

1. Owner need to label all the electric switches in the room to ease the visitor make correct selection (too many switches). 2. Limited tv channel. No major local channel available.

it is quiet and clean for the apartment. Plenty parking spaces (but is chargeable). In the advertisement was mentioned as free parking, but it is chargeable per day per entry RM4. The host is strict and not providing any flexibilities as in earlier check in.

NA There was no toilet paper provided. Check-in was quite late (3 PM), while check-out was at 12 PM. Additionally, I was given incorrect information.

1. I was thought the unit is under hotel management but it was operated by individual. Very poor guest services i.e slow responding enquiry and need to call to owner to remind for door pass code when arriving. 2. Poor linens. Very thin towels and dirty floor mat. 3. No amenities supply. 4. No tissues supply in the room 5. 50% of the lighting system out of order i.e 6. Table lamp not working 7. Water marks on wall paper 8. Scratched flooring 9. No parking card provided and no complimentary parking fee. Charging RM4 per entry, imaging multiple entries per day 10. No hanger or hook installed in the bath room 11. Lousy shower gel and shampoo provided 12. Safe box is not one of the facilities provided 11. Full of dust spotted at pantry rack 12. Only 3 lifts available to accommodate 20 floor guest room, always full load and minimum waiting is 15 mins. 13. Cheap quality cloth hangers provided. Is a 2 star rated hotel indeed No value for money, very low class the guest service and room facilities which damaging the reputation of the Shore Hotel. I really wish the Management should disallow this kind of confusion (unit managed by irresponsible and non hotelier individual) when advertising the rooms on OTA.

The room (studio) is quiet. The room is too old, dirty, mold, bad smell, far from expectation, tv not working. I requested the landlord focal for changing the room but no feedback. I paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night.

So much time wasted waiting for lift only 2 available lift the other 2 cant even be used. At floor 33 at least need 4 usable lift.
