Looks really grand Looks grand but looses on usability, no charging points, no hair dryer, bathroom is really uncomfortable and rain water doesn’t really reach you

Breakfast was local food which was good, but happy to make me toast and eggs in any way. The staff were excellent everywhere, the room clean and sufficient with an excellent balcony. A very nice stay. Could have done with more towels and fresher ones - they'rea bit jaded, 4 pillows, not 2, but not a reason to complain. I could have asked for them I'm sure.

Clean and simple rooms. Not so spacious. Stay for 1 night only, so it was good enough. There are only steps at the entrance of the hotel. So needed to carry our luggages and stroller up the few steps. But staff are there to help carry.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is very nice. Recommend a good tour to do bromo, Ijen and the waterfall for a good price! Also on walkable distance from the blue village and rainbow village! Air conditioning was not so strong.

I like the bed. The new renovated room was nice. The shower head.. it pointed only one direction. Maybe improve the shower holder.. change it into the adjustable ones. And more pillows would be nice as well. Thanks!

Nice inner court yard / garden style. 'Roman' styling. Good restaurant, prices not higher than outside. Extremely friendly staff. Very extended breakfast. Silent AC in room. Convenient location for walking to Jodipan rainbow village. Not far from train station. People are allowed to smoke in the hallways/ corridors. That is disgusting. No vegan protein options in the restaurant; but you have this problem all over Indonesia.

The entrance The smell at the entrance, view on the street from the lobby/entrance. Funny sewer smell at the entrance and funny still dusty smell in the room. Dark hall ways, no ornaments/ambiance in the room. Poor inconvenient bath room
