I love the property due to easy access to both public transport and to the beach.

A variety of western and Filipino breakfast offerings. There was an additional charge for a second cup of coffee. Evenings were incredibly noisy until midnight. Live band on one side of the property and a ladyboy floor show on the other. Impossible to sleep. Management unresponsive. The hotel is in Station 2, where the boardwalk is busy as are the restaurant and massage touts. Block after block of bars, tattoo parlors, massage parlors, hotels, ice cream shops and restaurants. The beach is narrow and the water green with algae.?

This place is in a great location. Live band every night was awesome. Staff super friendly and the owner super great guy. I will be back. Everything inside my room was pink lol Not exactly my color lol.

Dated furniture & drapes. Not a well maintained property. Very loud, on property Music/rock club made it hard to sleep. If you are looking to relax don't come here. If partying , it's better.

Loved this place, you literally step out of the hotel right onto the beach on station 2 Location is excellent , right in the hub of things The rooms are nice and I would call them rustic rathe than modern. The restaurant area is great with a varied menu and with live entertainment every night Breakfast menu was adequate Definitely will stay there again when I head back to Boracay

Right on the beach close to everything Boracay has to offer Initially getting to the resort from main road with baggage because no vehicle access allowed . Recommend purchasing porter services on your transfers

It’s tropical vibes while staying. The bed’s foam is quite hard. The towels are also much like abuse, somewhat unpleasant to use and you feel it like a rug. And the staff is not friendly especially the front desk.

Soo loud. Band and music and drag.show starts at 8pm. Then the karaoke and band stage starts and ponding base until 1am each day. Rooster starts 4:30 am and I do t k kw why they have a rooster that close Peopl in the hallways loud and letting theor children scream and while in thir rooms they have theor doors open and the whole 3 floors can heat it through theor doors. Nobody does anything about it. Trans kgbtq drag shows and getting propositioned for sex on the grounds by trans (lady-boys)

Location is great, right on the beach and in the middle of station 2. Very alive. Loud music is blasted at night but this should be expected in Station 2, no issue. Beach was a minute walk from my doorstep; perfect spot if you like to have a swim as soon as you wake up. Aircon made me sick so had to use a fan at night, but so many mosquitos and bad airflow because windows are locked, so couldn't sleep well unfortunately. Would be better if windows could be opened. Ice cream shop at the front plays annoying music all day long. The last few days loud construction works took place just next to my room all day long and all night long. Sheets, towels, and pillowcases were drenched in fabric softener / conditioner, so I requested linens without conditioner, but took 4-5 days of follow-ups before the staff finally provided them.

Reasonably priced room. Clean, good food and drinks, staff are very nice, helpful and cheerful. Had great fun watching the Transgender show at the Rainbow cafe. Nothing really.

Breakfast was pretty much the highlight. Property was dirty and had major construction in progress the local vendors blocked the entrance and were quite offensive really quite concerning. But the single biggest problem was the show bar in the middle of the property. The music and sound system was so loud no-one in our group could sleep, we had a young baby who was very disturbed. I will be taking action to recover the costs. I would 100% not recommended anyone to book here.
