Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort - All inclusive

Amazing resort. Super clean with attentive staff. It's one of the best and family friendliest spots I have visited. The restaurants offering food almost the whole day and several bars are located in the facility to provide drinks. We were upgraded to a suite thanks to hotel compliments and the extra room was so well appreciated. The beach is lovely ( a bit rocky at the beginning but then sandy in the water). Kids club, gym, and all other services like car rentals and tours are available in the hotel. hotel sourrounding area is lovely. The room was quite and nice. Bathroom area in the suite (around shower) can be improved. Some might say beds are a bit soft.

The property was 5 stars but the service was SIX stars! We were made to feel like the whole property existed because of us and was so fun and comfortable. Simply the best! We do not have a single complaint!

We had a great stay at Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort in Crete and would happily return in the future. From the moment we arrived, we received the hotel welcome we've ever experienced. Maria was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to explain all the hotel amenities and our room while providing drinks, cakes, cookies, and even a toy for our 6-month-old baby. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel welcome. We were also delighted to learn that we'd been upgraded to a suite for our stay. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a beautiful outdoor area complete with luxury sun loungers, a table, and chairs. The mini fridge was regularly restocked throughout our stay, which was another nice touch. The entertainment was good, some nights better than others which is to be expected, with the fire show being a particular highlight. The bar staff were always friendly and accommodating, even making cocktails that weren't on the menu on a couple of occasions. The resort has two à la carte restaurants – one Greek and one Asian. Unfortunately, they were fully booked throughout the entire duration of our stay when we arrived, so we'd recommend booking these in advance to avoid disappointment. Thankfully, the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to secure us a reservation at the Asian restaurant. The food was excellent, with sushi starters served to the table followed by a buffet-style main meal. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those travelling with young children. A special shout-out also goes to the Scottish hotel representative. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name, but she was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us secure a booking at the Asian restaurant. Her customer service was outstanding. At night for us adults boring

The rooms were very spacious and the best the comfiest I’ve slept on since vacationing in Europe! The buffet had a huge selection of delicious offerings every night and breakfast was always tasty! My kids enjoyed the kids club and the various activities they provided. They also loved the ice cream served by the pool area. My only criticism would be the wait for drinks at the outside pool bar, and the splash pool for very little children needs a bit of upkeep as the paint from the slides was chipping off making it a bit unsafe.

The staff were incredible. Elphida our host went above and beyond and made our whole experience exceptional. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Excellent for families traveling with children as well as generational families traveling together. A little bit of everything for everyone. The specialty dining Greek food was excellent.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the service was personal, warm, and truly pampering. We were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, and enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The food was delicious and abundant, with plenty of variety, and every evening there was entertainment for adults that added to the fun atmosphere. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable, the pool was relaxing and well-maintained, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. A very special thank you to Elpida from the staff – she was wonderful, kind, and made us feel like we were receiving a luxury experience with the best hospitality in the world. I will definitely be coming back! Nothing!!!

Perfect experience for family with young kids, they have all angels covered. From various pools to activities and a kids zone to leave little ones, disco for the kids in the evening and food, snacks and drinks around the clock. Room was great, clean and comfy. The staff was awesome, pool and disco staff, cafeteria and the cleaning staff; of course the welcome and reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We loved it, thought it was good value for money, and would definitely come again.

Amazing room, pools variety was incredible for the little ones. Staff (and especially animation team) were the best and the activities were super fun! The food in the Asian and the Greek restaurants was so good. The main restaurant had a big selection of food. There was a bus station outside the lobby so it was comfortable to take the bus to town Wish they had water sports activities. (Especially Sap renting) A little far from town

Amazing all-inclusive hotel – the pool, the delicious food, and the unique cocktails were all perfect. Minor things - elevators are super slow and it's often easier to go via stairs, coffee machines could be improved, and beds could be a bit more comfortable

The hotel has indeed set a high standard in terms of catering family holidays, beautiful resort and amenities.

You have everything you need inside the resort -

The size of the pool, the fact it's right on the beach and a bus route. The gym is good and so is the food. There seems to be an over reliance from staff on checking with a Supervisor or Manager for very simple requests. Also, a small point but there were often no cups at hot drink stations. Some attention to detail with small things would be beneficial.

Excellent from A to Z Danae the girl from Samaria Restaurant is definitely the diamond of the hotel but everyone generally was so kind and also Mr. Batakis the director has done an amazing job that goes above and beyond to meet at his best the expectations of the guest and even more. I ve traveled 10 countries this year and stayed to more than 30 accommodations, but this was the best experience... by far....... Thank you so much?

Perfect view , clean , superb landscape Noisy . At 8 am the cleaning crew starts to speak loudly in front of your door every morning. The food . It is very difficult to swim even if you buy water shoes
