Everything. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel . Location is beautiful , room is super comfy , equipped with everything you need , staff is very friendly and polite . Cleanliness is up to a high standard in all places . The buffet options every time were many and generally was a very good value for money option for the whole family. Special thanks to Christina at the reception , who was very kind when we arrived earlier and accommodate us. N/A

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice and comfortable and the food is very good! The beach is directly on the other side of the street, so very near (although the pebble stones at the beach hurt your feet so bring swimming shoes). All in all we had a great stay! Not all beverages are all inclusive. The usual softdrinks, orange juice, water from the water dispenser beer, Raki and Ouzo , tea and filtered coffee are all available in the all in package from 11.30am til 10.30pm. Cappuccino and other juices are only available at breakfast and you only get tea and coffee until 9pm. And the Cocktails aren‘t part of the all in package and actually quite expensive. You only get 50% off cocktails after 10.30pm, which is too late in our opinion. If you‘re only there for the drinks, you won‘t be fully satisfied, but everything other than that is great :)

Personnel is exceptional. Extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were clean, the buffet was okay. Definitely recommend, good value for money.

Clean rooms, nice view from the restaurant, good food, very nice staff.

The food was varied and tasty. It was very convenient to have the seaside so close, just across the road, and it was also great to always have free sunbeds available . Usually, the staff were very kind and helpful, and most of them spoke English. There was only one person in the bar who was often nervous (not with the guests, but rather with colleagues) and seemed really tired of the guests and their orders. It seemed he needed a break from work and should avoid interacting with people for a couple of days to recharge his patience. The hotel offers several water sports activities for guests free of charge, but we were not informed about this. It would be great to include this information in the summary detailing the all-inclusive services."

The first thing was the ease of check- in. We were not held at reception for ages and filling in forms with details that we had already provided. We just gave our identity cards. It was very quick, effortless and stress free. A perfect start to our stay. All of the food was excellent. Fresh produce and excellent flavours. It was Cretan style food and even though a buffet format, was served in an excellent way with some truly 'gourmet' notes with a 'chef' on hand. The mid morning / afternoon croissants and sandwiches at the bar were a nice touch. The wines were all very palatable and supplied in carafes of different sizes to fit each table. The white wine was supplied chilled. Filtered chilled water on tap and no plastic bottles. The staff were very welcoming, we felt at home. It was our 32nd wedding anniversary. Mostly, we were very impressed by no single use plastic. The pool and out of restaurant 'glasses' were very attractive frosty appearance, washable and multi-use plastic. Drinking straws were not offered unnecessarily and there was not a plastic straw in sight. This is very important given the close proximity to the sea and the turtles in that location. 3 very small critiques would be the lack of soundproofing between rooms and we had an electrical light problem and the toilet seat was loose/ broken. For a 2 day stay this was not an issue for us.
