The staff, the location, the food, cleanliness. I have to say that from the two lovely ladies at reception, the bar and restaurant staff to the amazing gentleman that owns Bella Pais, they all are the most friendly and helpful. I could recommend this place , it's not luxurious but it's clean and cousy and you feel like home. Bed was a bit to hard for me, but that only me.
