Four Points by Sheraton Manado

Location in the middle of the city and the astounding sea and city view. The sound proofing in the room we were in wasn’t great as we had a noisy neighbours on the first night.

check in was easy room was neat and cleanish a little more attention to detail wouldn't go amiss, also knowing where the kettle and fridge were would have made it better

The room is nice and the bed comfy, staff at check in was very helpful and friendly, checked in in a spotless room, so it started as a good stay. In the morning I called for some room service breakfast around 8:30, at first I was told the staff would check if possible?!? Then it was a lot of confusion on the order, I was reading the menu, the staff was clearly not, he didn't have a clue about it. I have just asked if it was possible to have soem fresh fruit instead of cornflakes (no fresh fruit on the breakfast menu, really?) Another waiting, then he confirmed it was possible, he repeated the order, he missed hash brown and grilled tomatoes, a fix side dish of my order, I reminded them to him. Then he called me back beef sausage were sold out, fine Ihave asked for beef bacon (on the menu) another wait I check. By then we were at call number four, after 90 minutes finally breakfast arrived, no has brown, no grilled tomatoes, one black coffe only, missing one coffee and milk, no pineapple juice. I called again asking to please complete the order, I have been told off: but I repeated the order, like to say it is your fault, so no matter I have tried to say that many thing were missing, he dismissed me. Guess what cappuccino arrived, pineapple juice and tomatoes arrived and potatoes gratin (hash brown is overated anyway). It could be a good hotel if staff get better training and care about guests

Location was good. The bad sheet has yellow stains. The wall is thin not sound proof. In the evening can still hear boom sound from nearby bars and noises from next door. Has no free bottles of water in the room, no hot water kettle provided, not event instant coffee powders, if you need a simple black coffee only way to get from onsite restaurants and it’s over priced at 56K.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Randy. He showed me how to open the snake fruit and showed me foods to try. The breakfast was fabulous. The bar in the evening had very few drinks. We wanted to sit there with friends but there was virtually nothing available

The hotel is in the best location—super convenient and easily accessible to shopping centers, restaurants, and everything you need in the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a late flight home and requested a late check-out, which they kindly granted—really appreciated their flexibility and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Manado!

We stayed here in February and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Sindy at the reception assisted us wonderfully. The hotel also offers its own chauffeur service, and Indra, a very friendly young man, drove us around and provided outstanding service making our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The location was perfect—right in the city center and directly connected to the largest mall in Manado. Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the price-quality ratio was more than excellent. A big compliment to all the staff! They are great with a sense of service truly make this hotel!
