Hotel is around the corner of a few supermarkets and a huge shopping mall. AC in the room works well and we had a nice view from our room on the 5th floor. Breakfast is nice, a combination between western items and local cuisine, it starts at 7am but takes about 7.20 to get all the items ready. There is fruit, toast and jam and chocolate sprinkles, eggs, rice, soup, noodles, chicken or fish. Apart from some black long hairs on the floor and in the bathroom and stains on the sheet, we had a bad experience with their service to book transport to Gorontalo. We are a family of 3 with a one year old. For 250.000 IDR per person we booked a minivan through the hotel, our son joined for free. We were told it would pick us up at 8am. We just arrived at the rooftop for breakfast when we got a call the taxi would come in 10min at 7.15, we tried to rush as much as we could but not all items were available and there was no take away box, so we didn't have a proper breakfast. In the lobby we waited and waited and were told every 5 minutes the taxi would be here soon. Twice we went down with all luggage as the taxi would have arrived, but it did not. After more than one hour wait, the taxi was still not here and we were told it was stuck in traffic and we could go back upstairs to have breakfast... At 8.30 a taxi came, but after 10min driving it stopped at a bus stop for 1.5hours as the driver told us he needed breakfast himself. Than suddenly the driver was in a rush to leave, started the car and while we were still getting inside with our child, he started driving already. Last two things is ofcourse not the hotels fault but to warn future hotel guests to never book any transport through the driver of the hotel and just make arrangements yourself. We would have appreciated being told the taxi was not really coming now, so we could have enjoyed breakfast slowly and be prepared for the 5+nohour journey.

Over all everything is good, room is clean and comfortable, receptionist 24 hours, breakfast at the rooftop Breakfast served a bit late, supposedly served at 7 am.

The floor towels/mats were very dirty, and even after having them changed, they were still fairly disgusting. Their cleaning service should be changed. It's not too hard for bleach to remove those stains from white towels.
