Smiley happy people . All the staff from entering are brilliant and made our stay super. Hotel is spacious and very clean Rooms are great Location no problem as you can just Grab.Rooftop bar with views is great Nothing at all

Good value- staff were all excellent. Rooms spacious and clean. Its primarily an Indonesian hotel catering for Asian guests with breakfast choice , but you won’t starve. Good restaurant and rooftop Bar with excellent views and watch Sun sets. Easy to grab a grab if you need to go anywhere. Nothing in honesty and they do their best to please.

It was ok clean room The reception is rude and not organised. They said they sent us to airport but ordered a taxi instead..

Very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and really helpful friendly staff. Really interesting local and village life nearby and beautiful views from the lobby and rooms.

Actually I stayed three days but with different bookings. My first stay I got a very nice room with excellent cleanliness. But on the second stay I got a different room that has lower cleanliness. I hope they can keep the highest standar to all if their room. The breakfast selection was quite limited to Indonesian/Manado food. Although it was delicious, I missed some western food on my third morning.

Brilliant hotel. Very luxurious, with swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms and beds. Very good aircon. Outside of center Manado, but Luwansa makes that up for luxury. Regarded as tophotel in Manado. Nothing. Just keep in mind it is not in the heart of the city. But staff organise transport as well.
