Good location. Decent breakfast. Rooms and bathroom could use a deeper clean. Ours was a bit dirty after when we checked in.

Nothing like-able, the property is not clean and the staff is not helpful. Staff was rude, rooms were not very clean. They didn’t care at all about cleaning the common areas and corridors.

Room Service, Sight Seeing & Facilities. Food rate was high. Tea & Coffee did not meet our expectations at all.

Rooms central heating set max at 24 degrees which really feels 19 and below. Stay is extremely uncomfortable.

Only location - Ridicilous service - Very Dirty Beds & Sheet - stained and hair on bed - Bathroom blind was broken and dirty - Towels very dark than white - No hot water in -3 degree temprature... had to argue with night staff for good 45 minutes to get warm water not hot - In morning also water was not Hot! - No heat in restaurant, paid for buffet in morning and had to eat in cold temprature - extra bed - sofa bed was very dirty too - Staff had an attitude, while complaining the are smiling than resolving problem - had to wait 45 minutes for someone to take our luggage from room to car at checkout. - Is this what you call luxury room? Definitely not worth the money! And when asked for manager in morning, they said he is unavailable

I liked the view from the hotel and the hotel itself is clean and beautiful. The snow peaks and snow covered landscape would be enjoyed best. Also the resort has many cabs practically on standby and we did not have any issues travelling from here. We reached early 6 hrs before checkin unfortunately due to bus timings. We were made to wait in the freezing cold lobby till check in time. I understand that the rooms weren't available but for a property that boasts central heating there was no heating in the lobby or the restaurant. Apart from this requests to house keeping would fall on deaf ears. We would need to go to the main reception to get things done. This was the case for other services as well. We would have to make at least 4 calls to get anything to the room.

Location of the resort is superb ,specially when there snowfall( we were lucky to witness it). Mall road is also not very far. Room is spacious with all necessary amenities. Breakfast can be improved. There were couple of things missing . Eg- Eggs,Banana,cornflakes,milk.

Location, cleaniness, helpful staffs are at Pro side Water pressure is not good and hot water was fluctuating and takes time to flow.

It was a great experience. The staff were helpful and service was great. We faced some issue with door lock but it was resolved quickly. I would recommend this property for a stay in old manali.
