Recently stayed with family in Feb 14-22. Hotel facilities is excellent...Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel staff behaviour is very humble(Specially hotel owner). You won't regret after choosing this hotel.. Recommend for families and all..All Local sites..like Hidimba temple, Vanvihar...you can easily visit by walking... No cons as per my opinion

Food and cleanness Washroom Giger was not working rest the hotel was fine.

Every meal provided was good. Provid freshly prepared lukewarm water to drink or provide electric kettle in room.

Location is extremely beautiful. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They guided us about the snow forecast and the places to visit in and around Manali which was extremely helpful and appreciated. View from the rooftop is also amazing. Family rooms are a bit too spacious which makes them less cozy. Balcony was also a little small. Exhaust in the washroom was not working. But overall it was a good experience.

Location was excellent and timely help with respect to providing customers with cab service. The only flaw was excessive room rates with respect to charging customers and no proper communication regarding food biils.
