I like the service. They are super friendly, polite and helpful. I loved the stay here. Best part is they are pet friendly and very welcoming.

Rooms are spacious, the staff were polite and helpful, and overall it was a great stay. It’s especially good for families and couples, and the location is also convenient.

Offers stunning valley and snow view from our suite on top floor. The peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Vibe is more about tranquility than a social bustling scene, so it's ideal for those seeking peace over party.

Amazing location, Helpful staff and food was tasty. There was nothing that we didn't like, the room and bathroom were super clean. Linen was fine and best part was there bed heating, it was a life saver in chilling weather.

Had great stay at Sparsh for 2 days. Clean, bright rooms in a great location. We had nice morning round trip walk to Hadimba temple. Owner Sahil gave excellent tips on Manali sight seeing. Staff Badal took care of all our needs few times even without asking. Delicious and healthy breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend this.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel in Manali. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. What stood out the most was the remarkable service - every staff we interacted with was courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. The food was delicious with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the hotel helped us arrange local day tours with cabs which made exploring Manali easier and stress-free. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manali.

Loved the location. The food was excellent but it was mostly the owner Sahil and our server Badal who made us feel at home and went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic.

1. The staff was extremely considerate. The host Sahil was extremely kind and accommodated most of our requests. 2. The rooms are adequate. 1. We were booked for a cottage, but the property seemed a little outdated, especially the insulation. The host kindly placed us in two separate rooms, which were much better. 2. Also, while the host arranged for a lot of appliances, it didn't quite have a kitchenette as advertised. With the electricity fluctuations, it was hard to cook.
