Room 306, the sliding windows cannot be locked! Its broken.. it is highly not safe.. I wanted to switch room but it's late at night when I noticed... Security of the customer is a must.

The two very young girls who work reception and in fact do everything were angels trying to do the best they could in terible circumstances, The place was a complete dump. The first room shown, the paint was peeling off the walls, the table had been painted maybe 30 years ago and what paint was left on it was peeling off. The pictures of the hotel were taken before the two girls working there were born, We paid extra to get what must have been the best room in the place. And that was not really fit for a one star hotel, Big mistake on our part to judge by the pictures, There was a refridgerator in the room. But it had not worked for at least 10 years. Sad that reputable sites allow such places to advertise, Do not go there unless you really have to,

The rooms is quite clean,, I was just surprised that there was a cockroach. ? Understandable that its not a 5 star hotel, Just the stairs... ?

The hotel physical set up is good,the price is so good.However the cleanliness is not that good, especially the bed,linens are not that as clean,.In the comfort room Faucet,sink ,shower are not that so clean,even the glass of water the cabinet are not that so clean..or presentable No matter how simple the set up is,as long as it is clean and well sanitize it will be an excellent experience to the customer.. And if the reason the price is cheap, customer still deserve the best of our services.I was also dealing with a customer/patient. Staff should wear an appropriate uniform and know the proper way of bedmaking.. Thank you.
