Location is amazing and front desk staff is very accommodating Very run down need complete renovation. Carpets and rooms are dirty. Resturant staff ha mixed ratings as they are tired and kind of lost.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, crib available for the baby, and the views were lovely. The staff was friendly, and there was direct access to a nice small beach. The cost to reserve a deck chair, even for guests, is exorbitant (€40 per person!). This is a charge that should reasonably be included in the overall rate of the stay; we were surprised to find that the prices were very close for those not staying in the hotel. Additionally, it was difficult to sit on the terrace with our baby, as people's smoke was very close and uncomfortable, and there were no designated smoking areas.

Very clean, comfortable bed, fridge, safe, enough hangers and pillows etc. Got gym equipment to my room (yoga mat and weights) The last 2 days, my neighbours were smoking non-stop on their balcony next to ours, so as an asthmatic, I could not use our balcony. And the horrible smell of an ashtray in the sun.. It's a shame that this kind of behaviour is still allowed in 2026...

Everything! Food, staff, views, restaurant, room, robe/slippers, location...it was all perfect. That I couldn't stay longer :)

It is a larger hotel with a casino attached. The artwork in the lobby was interesting. Staff friendly in general. Pool was glass enclosed...so the hotel had an excuse to say pool and beach chairs was extra since ´outside the pool area´. For a hotel costing $566 per night, it is outrageous they want to nick you for another €49 per chair, per day!. We got so upset we stayed ONE day only...and moved to L´Erimitage l´Oasis down the road that was HALF the cost and better value. Free pool and breakfast. That hotel (L´Erimitage) I can recommend warmly.

All employees are very attentive and very service oriented. Zoe who is working in the team for breakfast is absolutely nice The team at the beach and the bar is great High speed wifi should be free and standard
-
View and the beqch Horrible old dirty broken toilet room in orange with dim light. Bottom end of motel standard. No seats or lounges at pool or beach without paying another 120€, gotta sit on the floor as hotel guest. Pool not heated. Instant coffee at 360€ a night, complete joke.

Location was good Old run down building , no gym , no room service food other than a cold salad , the hotel is a shadow of its former self . It’s apparently been sold for redevelopment so they are just running it into the ground and that shows .

fabulous hotel, seaview room are spacious, comfy and clean staff extremely nice continental breakfast 28e for 2 toasts 1 tea 3 mini pastries and one natural yoghourt is way too much

The terrace area and cafe overlooking the sea; the room with sea view and balcony; the super-size bathroom. The valet parking service. The walk along the coast to La Napoule port and it's nice restaurants, especially Le Boucanier; the charm of Mandelieu; proximity to Cannes and lunch in Scalini. The poor start: queues for check-in; the initial room allocation (changed after a lot of hassle); limited room service menu (but possibility to order from the restaurant downstairs.

My wallet got stolen the after my first night and still waiting for something to be done, was totally fobbed off. With no money at I was told I would get my taxi covered to the hotel but still haven't been refunded for that. Went for a wedding and totally ruined the celebration for me, disgraceful!
