The room is extra small for the price. I have also contacted the hotel twice to receive an invoice without any answer for now...

Location was good for town. Staff were friendly enough. Demonstrated good flexibility concerning check out and breakfast times. No proper curtains in room for window. It meant I was woken at an undesirably early time in the morning with the sun streaming in. No free coffee or water provided. Sockets in awkward locations in room for device charging purposes.

Fantastic location across the street from Chateau de la Napoule. Convenient to the train. Easy access to Cannes and Nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean with beautiful private patio to enjoy the sunshine and views of the sea. Beach walk is amazing.

The hotel is very well situated by the beach. Beautiful views. We were on the top floor without lifts and steep stairs. The room was rather small with low ceilings and balken. For a tall person rather uncomfortable. Avoid rooms on the 3rd floor!

Great value for money - super nice staff, clean and functional. Rooms are very small and the hotel itself feels a bit crammed. Aircon was working but made a funny sound.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh orange juice croissants and lovely coffee. Plenty of other options available too. Staff very accommodating and location could not be better. You can pop across the road for a swim before breakfast and be back in no time. plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance. Nothing
