A very elegant hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The gardens are delightful and full of amazing sculptures. Beautiful view from the balcony over the marina and golf course. Conveniently located opposite many restaurants and short walk to the beautiful La Napoule chateau and lively village. The Manager and all the staff we met were so helpful, friendly and very accommodating. We will be back.

Location, staff, balcony, room size, pool. All great A little overpriced. Breakfast was very disappointing. Very expensive with limited options and low quality. Egg dishes were extra, few cheeses, no vegetables, very few fruit.

Breakfast was incredible and staff very helpful. Wifi was weak and shower tough to get the right temperature for the water. Other than that a good hotel overall Wifi and shower head and water temperature regulation was not working well

Wonderful location overlooking the harbor. We had a lovely balcony. Jut a short walk to the beach and the castle. Time to re-tile the bathroom! Everything else is just great.

This is our favorite hotel on the French Riviera - a bit expensive but worth it when you want the best. Great location in Mandelieu LaNapoule. Friendly staff. Superior accommodations. The onsite parking is a big plus. Price is a bit higher than we like to spend

Great very friendly staff. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable room. Excellent location . Very tasty breakfast The Spa is not really a spa - more a sauna and a shower . Could apparently just host one couple at the time.

Good location. Lovely cosy room with view of Alps. Friendly and helpful staff. Out of season stay 14.2 meant no restaurant or bar facilities at Hotel. Due to date and Mimosa festival it was not possible either to get a reservation anywhere elde to eat dinner! Not easy to operate shower taps which resulted in cold water shower!

Excellent location, great staff: the car attendant was extremely professional, the front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. The room facing the sea with a balcony was fantastic

Location Restaurants etc Bus stop convenience Sadly we will not stay here again. It was ridiculously expensive for a rather sad hotel. Calling it charming because it’s ‘small’ doesn’t make it so. ALL the staff looked very unhappy, 2 staff members even having a heated discussion at the reception desk. No smiles. Not even looking up to greet when guests enter the reception area. No help with luggage for my husband with a walking stick rolling suitcases over the gravel - concierge just watched. Instant powder coffee in the room … No proper coffee machine in a room that cost 375 euros a night… & 10 euros surcharge for room service if we wanted to order an espresso in the room . Asked for a 2am wake up call for our taxi to the airport & it came 45 minutes late. We have been travelling to the Cannes area & surrounds for over 20 years & this was the worst stay anywhere. We were so disappointed & it was an uncomfortable & unhappy 6 nights stay.

Very helpful staff at check in. Good breakfast. Great location, great off street parking There was some slight noise transfer between rooms but nothing too bad.

We chose this hotel only based on location (to visit Château de la Napoule on our way to Saint-Tropez) and found it perfect for our purpose and 1 night transit stay. Room was clean and comfortable, with big brand new bathroom and comfortable terrace. Breakfast was also really good, especially for usual French standard. Hotel is right near big road and there is no chance to enjoy sea breeze. Pool area is just tiny and was fully occupied (we didn`t manage to find any place to stay for the small rest after long drive). Our terrace was not provided by outdoor furniture, but when we asked on reception we`ve got 2 chairs quite fast!

Room was very generous and had good facilities and balcony We wanted twin beds as lady travelers so the sofa bed was not comfortable for adults
