The staff was so so nice and friendly ! The place is well connected to the city center either walking (20min) or by bus, to Cannes by bus, there's a big commercial center just 5 min walking so very convenient. The decorations were not to our taste but that's just us. There was no mini fridge to keep a few things cool. The front is a bar tabac PMU, quiet so not really bothering.

The location, convenient for me, v quiet. Not as advertised on their website. The place had a run down feel to it: holes in the ceiling panels with visible wires poking out.

The walls have very poor insulation, so you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside your walls. A tenant and staff tried to enter our room while we were inside and later apoligsed, saying they had the wrong room... but it was very intrusive and unsettling. Very poor sound insulation.
