Very good location,nearby the sea. Old, little bit damaged furniture; the elevators didn't function very good, 1 of 3 was very often out of order. At breakfast there were planty of dishes but most of them not of very good quality. Value for money- poor.

The rooms are very clean and tidy, the view from the balcony is absolutely to die for, staff is very nice and the pool is a great addition Unfortunately, when you enter the water on the hotel’s beach, it is full of rocks, hurt my feet a few times

Originally meant for people coming here for thermal treatment it keeps a hospital air, in spite of changes and renovations. Location is great, sea view from balcony magnificent, the small beach nearby very clean and peaceful. Reception clarks attitude.

close to Black Sea. Had parking most of the time. food was bad. rooms we’re spartan. beach was closed.

The buffet for breakfast was poor. Every morning the same food. There was nothing to choose from. We tried lunch at the hotel as well but they did not have the menu so they improvised some dishes. The quality of the food is poor.

The only thing to like was the sea view from the balcony extremely dirty room with lot of bugs and mosquitos very dusty curtains, bed and floor very ugly bathroom minibar was disconnected no possibility to charge your phone next to the bed balcony door felt on us when we tried to open it extremely slow elevator very dirty and dusty everywhere we wanted to call the reception and ask for help, phone in the room was disconnected As conclusion: this hotel is badly managed, no proper cleanness, nothing seems to work inside and no support given. Despite the nice location that could add something to this hotel, it is a complete disappointment and a total lack of value for the money. I do not recommend it to anyone to book any stay here!

As usually; very good I now that the access of inside the facility pets isn't allowed. Why a member of company's management, even in the restaurant, bring his little dog? Thas't is not acceptable.
