Maintenance then had to work on the sink in the evening while our 3-year-old was trying to sleep. We were also disturbed around 3:30 AM by furniture-moving noises. Most concerning, there was renovation work happening near our room, creating dust and noise, but this was not disclosed on the Expedia listing. With a dust allergy, this was particularly problematic. There were simply too many maintenance, cleanliness, and noise issues for a property at this price point. We ultimately did not feel comfortable continuing our stay.

The room was large & spacious. The kitchen was a nice perk. It was very clean. There was plenty of parking available. It would have been nice not to pay for parking. The breakfast was great plenty of food options & coffee! Staff was very attentive & helpful. An elevator would have been helpful. The only issue we has was that the carpet was wet from cleaning when we arrived, not the best. Would recommend for a stay tho!

This hotel was Not worth the money. Not to mention the management didn't care about my comfort.

It was mostly clean sheets were nice. The spot was nice.The only little downside is that we are downstairs.And the people above us were stomping They took an excessive amount of money when I paid for this hotel and my holding fee that was $1000, which was very excessive for them to hold. They took more money than they said they would. So I feel scammed out of my money. Also I had to deal with the people above us constantly stomping on the floor probably because they had kids which made things worse, but yeah, I would probably not come back because I don't wanna get scammed again.

Wow. This place is so cute! We only staying one night but the room was clean, beds were so comfy and cozy, and such a welcoming good vibes all around.

Cozy, family-friendly apartment complex. Close to Manhattan beach. Nice breakfast. No daily cleaning for a 3 day stay. Always have to ask for towels. Cleaning is basically changing towels and a quick fix to the bed. Bath floors not wiped. Pool too small and crowded. Because of this we could not trust to use it for hygene purposes.

I booked this place in the last minute. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have an outdoor pool great for kids. It’s close to main highways.

Cleaning woman, super nice As we agreed before sofa bad was not ready. Woman on reception unprofessional at the beginning. Room was not smelling ok.

The staff was excellent. Very welcoming.

Close to Manhatten beach, very safe upmarket area with lovely pier and eating options. Still about 40mins to get to Hollywood/Universal etc. We booked a 2 queen plus sofa bed and got a duplex with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and separate living room with sofa bed and kitchen. It was huge! Breakfast could run later than 9am. Parking charges 25 dollars. The retainer of $500 was steep.
