Hotel Pacific Manhattan Beach

The bed was so uncomfortable. The towels were old and the bath towels very thin and uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was freezing at 72 degrees.

The free breakfast was a choice of raisen bran and some other cereal and bread you could make toast with. At least they had butter. When I brought these issues up I was ignored and until I demanded towels and said I would not leave until I got some they were going to continue with this behavior. The garage is like a giant storage area. Old furniture from rooms jammed in a huge corner. Between the staff not caring, the lack of any accountability by the hotel I would avoid this for more than a 1 night stop. Only good to get a nap from the road on your way somewhere nicer.

This place needs major upgrades.

Spacious suite but missing a table and a chair to eat inside the room. Comfortable beds but not enough pillows and towels were stained. Close to target and the pier. Great location, good for one night.

We had a room for 2 nights. We had to pay to park in the hotel parking garage. Upon arrival we had to exchange our towels because they were wet and one was badly stained. There were holes in the curtains, the shower curtain, and the towels we were given to replace the stained ones. The shower would not drain properly. We were told breakfast was from 6:30-9am. When we went at 8am, there was 1/2 a loaf of bread available and two jelly packs were left. The juice machine only dispensed water. There was no cream for the coffee. Those were the only options available for the advertised breakfast. While we were gone, our trash was taken out and new towels placed on the bed (also in terrible shape) but the room had not been tidied or cleaned. Overall we were very disappointed in this stay on our trip. Would not recommend.

Clean, nice staff, convient dining and shopping and close to beach.

The property was decent. They don’t provide towels you have to request them and they are more like left over rags rather than towels. The parking area was full and very tight and people don’t seem to care if they park very close to your car - I recommend street parking.

Our first time staying here and it was very nice didn't expect it.. we'll definitely booking again with my family

The room is very big, but it was just empty space. The bathroom is really bad. The towels were very old and the sink had a mesh sink strainer, that was dirty when we arrived. No microwave, and the fridge was frozen. The bed lining and sheets were clean, but the beadspread was old and smelled strange. The room smelled of cigarrete, since there is smoking allowed in the inside of the hotel.

I accidentally booked an accessible room, and after seeing the condition of it, I genuinely felt compelled to advocate for accessibility rights because no one should be expected to stay in conditions like this, even for one night. The room didn’t resemble a normal hotel room at all. It looked like a collection of random leftover furniture thrown together, one desk, a single mismatched side table that looked like it came from Facebook Marketplace, and a sad, disheveled mini fridge sitting directly on the floor. The room itself was filthy. There were stains covering the ceiling and curtains, rust on nearly every metal surface, and an endless supply of dirty towels. The towels initially provided were a dingy gray color, and when we requested fresh ones, we received more towels covered in black marks and makeup stains. The toilet had visible urine stains on top of the lid, making it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. To make matters worse, the water smelled absolutely foul, like something had died in the pipes. The odor was so rotten and unpleasant that I was hesitant to use the sink or shower. I was honestly too afraid to even inspect the bed sheets. The customer service was just as disappointing as the room itself. The front desk employee showed little to no concern about the condition of the room and actually tried to reassure me by pointing out that “at least the bathroom is large.”

AC makes lot of noise.

The room doesn’t have much besides the beds and beds tv. Staff weren’t attending at all. No one come clean our rooms after days of staying and when we called and asked for more shampoo and toilet paper. The staff told us that he will bring them over but they never arrived. Terrible service and communication. Go and stay here if you’re by yourself and is only there for beach activities. If you are with your family, you better off taking them somewhere else nicer.
