Air condition is very loud

The room had no Kleenexs, no where to hang clothes, ants in the bathroom and the A/C rattled all the time. They charge $10.00 a day for parking in their lot and a $100.00 deposit at check in to be returned after departure, only took 3 days to get the deposit back. I don’t recall that either charge was identified when reviewing the website before choosing this hotel. Overall this is the worst place I have stayed in MB and i will never be back

The location is right on a busy street Sepulveda. It is about 5-7 mins from the Pier. Exterior walls could use some high-powered washing. The room was good, comfortable, felt safe. Water pressure was low for flushing. Parking is underground. It is about 20 min drive to LAX. Staff could use a smile more and welcoming guests.

DO NOT STAY HERE THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS, DIRT, PEE STAINS, AND FECAL MATTER UNDER THE SHEETS. THEY WON'T REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY EITHER IF YOU LEAVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY MONEY.

My stay was brief but overall it was a decent place to stay checked in around 10:30ish at night and to leave early 8n the morning the only thing that could probably made my stay better was the customer service the guy in the front desk needed to be a lil more welcoming and also know that you have to put a deposit for the room and over the phone i was informed you could make it in cash but no they want a credit card on file

Great stay, great location. Feels very local to an out-of-stater. The parking was really nice to have once we figured it out. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a Target so great location. If I were to be nit-picky, the breakfast offers was of a limited variety. I’m sure due to COVID the complementary breakfast offerings changed. But other than that 10/10 great stay! Thanks!!

The place was so dirty , bugers on the walls , shower curtain was filthy with soap scum , there was no toilet seat , the bathroom smelled like urine , very badly. And the tile floor in the shower had built up scum. In the corners. I will never vo there again they even tried a different room and although it wasn't as bad as the first it was still dirty Dusty and gross I highly don't recommend this hotel

Spacious clean room with fridge TV You need to read find print for $10 parking fee per day.. air conditioner in Rm 102 didn’t work and was pumping out warm air.. male desk staff member was a little rude

The location is excellent and the property has potential, but the overall stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, maintenance, and service issues. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk if our luggage could be held until check-in. I was told we would need to pay extra for early check-in, although I was only asking to store our bags. We were directed to a luggage cart downstairs. The cart was difficult to use, and when the front desk employee saw us struggling to bring it inside, no assistance was offered. In contrast, the night staff member was friendly and helpful. The room had several cleanliness issues. The floors felt sticky, and our socks became visibly dirty after walking around. The towels had stains and hair, and there were stains on the bathroom floor and wall and toilet. The shower drain did not function properly, causing dirty water to pool around our feet during every shower. The shower ledge was also heavily slanted, causing toiletries to repeatedly fall. The water pressure was good, but the drainage issue made the shower difficult to use. Other maintenance concerns included the entrance door that did not close properly, allowing outside light into the room, and a loud aluminum component beneath the beds that made noise whenever we moved at night. The coffee maker and TV were also dirty, and the closet area lacked hangers. There was also a recurring smell of marijuana in the bathroom, at night and around 11:30 a.m. The location is convenient not clean tho

Nice area close to the beach The guy at the desk for check in had No customer service, he was not very welcoming. We probably will not stay there again.

And I saw tell her it’s nice greeting and the room is smack very well appointed there was everything. I’m only staying a day instead of staying longer because I’m waiting for my future son-in-law to take me to our state. I hope he gets here excited it’s been a long time in coming status of a husband ill and I’m so glad that he has agreed to come but when he comes, I’m not sure I’m happy to wait as long as I need to, but it’s supposed to be on his break so I submit now because it’s the lunch hour. Thank you again for a very nice day and it was only for one night.
