The staff was really helpful. I even lost my ring and they are mailing it to me. The breakfast wasn't too bad just basic. The parking lot was big enough for everybody. The room was clean but it did have a little bit of a musty smell. It was perfect for what we needed to get our kid to college.

Room itself was decent enough and had been renovated. Thankfully, there was no train the night I went. Breakfast was definitely lacking as by 8 o’clock. Nothing had been refilled and fruit Looked like it had been around a bit. Rooms with queen beds are on the backside of the hotel by the train tracks.

Other than that, everything was good. No hassles at check-in even though I arrived rather late. No hassles at check-out. No hassles during the stay.

Very nice room, I didn’t get to use any of the amenities but the property was clean.

Smelled! The smell was very strong and like they were trying to cover up something unpleasant. Smelled strongly as soon as front door was opened for us to enter.

Clean room, good breakfast. Our room was noisy as you could hear everything on the floor above us (constant running/stomping) but not hotels fault. Otherwise can’t complain for the price.

Overall cleanliness within the room was okay and you can tell the staff tried to make it nice. However, this is definitely somewhere you stay for the price and nothing else. Clientele was questionable and rough. Only needed a room for the night (less than 12 hours), which was the only reason we stayed here.

Room a/c leaked water on floor. Had to switch rooms at 2a.m.

Very well priced and clean. Hallway smelled of marijuana the first night but apparently they moved on. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable room plenty of space for the 3 of us. Train came through several times but did not blow its horn. Could hear and feel the rumble. Something to be aware of.

My room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Lady at the front desk was hard to understand and kept running my card with the wrong CCV number and wouldn't listen to me when I told her. Also the faucet in the bathroom was loose and couldn't adjust to cold soil was exceptionally hot all the time. Went and told the lady and she said no maintenance on the weekend and they couldn't move us to a different room and to "just brush teeth in bathtub".

The breakfast and the pool been open. Could use better toilet paper.

The pillows were comfortable. Our bathroom was dirty, there was hair & dirt all over the bathtub. Just touching the knob it broke off. The AC unit was leaking water into the carpet. The elevator was hot, stuffy, and felt like it would break down everytime we used it. There was also a weird smell all throughout the whole hotel. The breakfast was fine but definitely cheap. The outside looks beautiful, but does not match the inside of the property.

The property is well located next to downtown, making it convenient for walking to most destinations. In the area. From the beginning I noticed that parking was tight, with few spaces available when I checked in. The hotel was minimally staffed and not ready to receive guests at check-in time. It took an exceedingly long time to find a room that was ready. Then when I got to the room there was a foul odor and some plastic wrappers on the floor. Also, bare wires where there should have been a smoke detector. During my stay, I would be getting back to my room between 10-11pm. The place was loud, children running/playing in the hallway. In addition, the workout room is very small. Too small to be functional. If you’re expecting to get a workout in during your stay, abandon the thought immediately. Over all, was not a good environment for sleeping or relaxation.
